Kindly note that any design job takes a minimum of 1 week of research to come up with a solid concept and a minimum of 2 weeks to develop. You should therefore prepare for a dedicated timeline of 5 weeks from conceptualization to the final handover. This time frame may then be altered depending on availability, specifications, and revisions.

Email us with any concerns you may have. Additionally, If you are unhappy about the progress of the project, and feel we are not finding an appropriate angle, kindly discuss this with us. We would encourage that we schedule a call rather than e-mail; We believe in open lines of communication and full transparency as our objective is to ensure that we reach the best creative solution via a collaborative effort.

PDF, PNG and vector file formats

Yes. Typically, a minimum of 50% of the package price is required as a deposit to secure and start a project. The balance is required for a complete handover. We’ve found this to be the best practice in the interest of all parties involved. 

Good branding is an investment. The minimum rates for each package are available on our website. After the discovery stage, the actual cost of your investment is estimated based on your needs and the scope of the design project. The final cost will be sent within a more robust project proposal document for your review.
